SHIPPING INFORMATION / DELIVERY INFO

Shipping origin, destinations, and preparation times are being confirmed for this review.
Preparation times (not including transit): in-stock pieces, 2–4 business days; oils and curated sets, 3–5 business days. Launches and peak seasons may add 1–3 processing days.
Mexico shipping times, free-shipping terms, and delivery requirements are being confirmed for this review.
Tracking: when your order ships, we send the tracking number; the first movement may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Packaging: we use reinforced protective packaging and, whenever possible, recyclable or reusable materials.
Addresses and delivery: make sure your address is complete. Changes are free before an order ships; once it is in transit, the carrier may charge a redirect fee. Remote areas may require extra time or delivery to a pickup point. We do not ship high-value or regulated goods to PO boxes.
Split orders: if your order combines products with different availability, we may split the shipment at no extra cost when Mukani chooses to do so.
Loss and damage: if your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos. If the carrier marks it “delivered” and you did not receive it, open a case within 24–72 hours; we will support the claim. Mukani is not responsible for theft after delivery.
Holidays and events beyond our control: holidays, weather, or carrier issues may extend delivery times.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for in-stock items that are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Not eligible: custom or bespoke pieces, final-sale items, and opened or unsealed perfumes and oils.
Costs: for voluntary returns, the customer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged products or shipping errors: if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after a request is reviewed.
Final refund timing is being confirmed for this review.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to selected countries by Standard (7–15 business days) or Express (3–7 business days), depending on the destination; rates are calculated at checkout by weight and volume.
We ship under Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place): the recipient pays import taxes, duties, and fees upon delivery.
Restrictions: some alcohol-based perfumes and certain oils are regulated; we send them only with authorized carriers to permitted destinations. If your country does not accept the product, we will contact you about an alternative or a refund.
If customs holds or returns a package because of missing documents or unpaid taxes, we may refund the product, excluding shipping, once it returns and Mukani verifies it.
International tracking: you will receive a tracking number; the first movement may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
